Food & Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team. In this leadership role, you will support the management team in the day-to-day operation of our restaurants and bars, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence. You will lead by example on the floor, inspire and develop team members, and help create memorable experiences for every guest.,

• Support the management team in the daily operation of the restaurant and bar outlets
• Lead and motivate team members during service, ensuring Four Seasons standards are maintained at all times
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive, personalised, and professional service
• Assist with team training, coaching, and development to promote continuous improvement
• Ensure all opening, service, and closing procedures are completed effectively
• Monitor service standards and proactively address opportunities for improvement
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service concerns professionally and efficiently
• Assist with scheduling, staffing levels, and operational planning as required
• Maintain excellent knowledge of food and beverage offerings, menus, wines, and promotions
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Support inventory control, stock management, and departmental administration as required
  
  Previous supervisory experience within a restaurant, bar, luxury hotel, or hospitality environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury service standards
• Confidence in handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
