OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
A proven experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star property
Exceptional people skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team
A hands-on approach to handling day-to-day operational challenges
A guest-focused mindset, ensuring service excellence at all times
