Full Job Description
This is an operational, guest-facing role, ideal for an experienced supervisor or a strong team leader ready to step up. The role:
- Supervising day-to-day restaurant, bar and longes operations and service standards
- Leading the team on shift and being a visible presence on the floor
- Supporting the manager on duty and stepping in when required
- Running smooth openings, services, and closes
- Delivering team briefs and supporting training on shift
- Handling guest feedback confidently and professionally You'll work closely with management but remain floor-focused, leading by example.
- Experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter
- Background in a busy hotel or quality-led restaurant
- Confident communicator, calm under pressure
- Passionate about service, hospitality, and team culture
- Flexible to work shifts, including weekends

£34,319 salary + service charge (circa £4k) - Meals on duty
