Hospitality Manager ensuring that customer care and service are delivered in a consistent way, and that the home operates to the agreed standard regarding the catering service, whilst also ensuring that all Health and Safety measures are in place and adhered to within their area of responsibility., Avery Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor for Bagshot Gardens Care Home in Surrey. The role involves supporting the Hospitality Manager to ensure consistent customer care and catering services while adhering to Health and Safety measures. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Hospitality Manager and Head Chef to meet nutritional needs, delivering catering services that respect resident choice and dignity, and creating welcoming dining areas. Additionally, you'll provide themed events for residents and ensure staff training and supervision. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of COSHH and CQC regulations, previous leadership experience, and relevant qualifications in food safety and hygiene.
