Food & Beverage Service Expert - W London

The B&F Host (Guest Service Expert) plays a key role in creating memorable and unique dining experiences for guests. This position delivers a wide range of Food & Beverage services, from welcoming and serving guests to coordinating with the kitchen and maintaining dining areas, ensuring every guest interaction feels seamless and enjoyable. What you'll do

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, personalised service throughout their dining experience.
• Set up and maintain dining areas, tables, and service stations to brand standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
• Serve food and beverages professionally while creating engaging guest interactions.
• Process guest requests and resolve concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, supplies, and guest-facing spaces.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards at all times.
• Support the Food & Beverage operation by performing additional duties as required to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  
  High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Professional appearance and commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with Food & Beverage operations.
• Ability to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and quality.
