Full Job Description
Working closely with the Head of Hospitality, other Food and Beverage Managers and Food and Beverage Team Leaders you will ensure the smooth running of your restaurant or bar within the hotel.

- A passionate leader to coach and give feedback across the Food and Beverage department to improve performance. What skills do I need?
- You'll need to be experienced in managing a large complex team in a customer facing environment, ideally with significant experience within hospitality
- You'll need to have the demonstrable ability to manage costs in line with budgets, and an understanding of where to drive sales as appropriate
- Have the ability to create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop
- You'll be a natural leader, with the ability to inspire and lead a team, communicating articulate ideas
