Food & Beverage Manager

Food & Beverage Manager looking for a new challenge, or Assistant F&B Manager seeking progression? You could be exactly who we're looking for!,

• Supporting with the provision of an outstanding food & beverage service
• Ensuring that every guest experiences a safe visit, exceeding all expectations surrounding cleanliness
• Coaching, mentoring and leading your F&B team with a trusting approach - ensuring their commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences
• Working closely with your Operations Manager who will encourage you to love change and find your own unique ways to further enhance your guest experience
• Oh, and you'll also be required to be a magician. Or at least be capable of juggling both our bar
and Restaurant, not missing any details
• Managing stock and labour margins against your P&L., A member of our team may get in touch with shortlisted candidates for a 15-minute telephone chat to get to know you better. Candidates who are successful at this stage will be invited to meet the General Manager to discuss the role in greater detail.

• Whilst it would be great if you had experience working in a hotel, this isn't essential
• Experience leading, coaching and training a team
• You'll enjoy using tech - we have lots of it to make your life easier and our guests experience more seamless
• You'll love people - and as a result, have great interpersonal and communication skills
• Details? You love them! You'll be incredibly attentive with guests as a result
• Flexible and able to remain focused on results under pressure and to challenging deadlines
• Self-motivated and confident
