Full Job Description

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our team. The role is full time and you'll be on a permanent contract on a full time basis, working 36 hours per week., An inclusive working atmosphere everybody is supported from all backgrounds, religions and with different needs

You need to be qualified to Level 2/3 Food Hygiene standard and have a passion for delivering great customer service,.
You will also be responsible for managing the food and beverage business by leading your team from the front to deliver c.£280,000 income p.a..
As Food & Beverage Manager you will manage and lead the team in a seasonally busy on site Cafe.
You will:
Recruit, train and develop your team to deliver agreed service
standards and drive sales performance.
Comply with health and safety legislation, including food safety, allergen
labelling, COSHH and HACCP legislation.
To be considered as a Food & Beverage Manager you'll need experience of:
Working in a leadership role in a food and beverage operation.
Leading a team to deliver consistently high standards.
Generating profit by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.
Working to HACCP, Food Safety, allergen and labelling legislation, with
a full understanding of health and safety in a food and beverage, Forget the stereotypes.
