Whether you're serving breakfast with a smile, helping guests enjoy an evening meal, or supporting special events, you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy working as part of a team in a busy and welcoming environment, we'd love to hear from you., Deliver warm, friendly and professional service to all guests
Take food and drink orders and serve them efficiently
Help create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel
Share your knowledge of our menus and drinks offerings
Support your colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service
Help ensure every guest leaves with a great impression and wants to return

We're more interested in your attitude and personality than a long list of qualifications. The ideal candidate will:
Be friendly, approachable and naturally focused on customer service
Enjoy working as part of a team
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Be willing to learn and develop new skills
Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
Previous Food and Beverage or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential
