Full Job Description
As Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you'll work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to help lead a welcoming, high-quality food and drink operation. From supporting day-to-day activities to helping shape the visitor experience, you'll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives a warm welcome and excellent service.
You'll support the smooth running of our food and beverage outlets, maintaining high standards across service, presentation, food safety and customer care. With a keen eye for detail, you'll continuously look for ways to improve our offer, enhance the visitor experience and help the team deliver their best every day.
People are at the heart of what we do, and you'll help create a positive and inclusive environment where colleagues can thrive. You'll support recruitment, induction and training, helping to develop team members' skills and confidence. You'll also ensure that all relevant legislation, food safety requirements and National Trust policies are followed.
Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll contribute to achieving financial targets by supporting efficient use of resources, driving sales opportunities and delivering great customer service. You'll help ensure that our operation is commercially successful while remaining true to the National Trust's values and commitment to quality.
We'll provide a role-specific induction, along with training in food safety, allergens and any other areas needed to help you succeed. You'll also have access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities, allowing you to continue growing your skills and career with the National Trust.

Hours: 37.5 hrs a week, 5 days a week including weekends and bank holidays
Salary: 28000 per annum
There is no public transport directly to the property so you will need your own means of transportation., The package
