Food and Beverage Assistant - Crofton Halls - Orpington, London

As a F&B assistant, you will work in a lively and fast-paced environment, serving food and drinks, taking orders, and helping with various aspects of food service. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations during busy times!,

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide information to guests about the menu, including daily specials or any dietary requirements
• Assist with food and drink preparation and replenishing stock as required.
• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive, solution-focused attitude
  
  Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or customer-facing roles
• Knowledge of Basic IT systems, Proof of attainment of qualifications;
• Evidence of your right to work in the United Kingdom; and
• Satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if needed for the role
