to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include: Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options when dining. Ensuring that the standard operating procedures set dining tables., As a Food and Beverage Team Member at Avery Healthcare, your primary role is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals. Your responsibilities include assisting residents in selecting their meal options, ensuring dining tables are set following standard operating procedures, maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, and replenishing dirty crockery throughout the day. You are also responsible for ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options are available and replenished in the bistro areas. Additionally, you must be aware of the residents' dietary requirements. The role requires high standards of personal hygiene, and previous experience in a similar setting is beneficial. A basic Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous. Working hours vary, with shifts from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM, and 07:30 AM to 07:00 PM.
