Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Elton House Care Home in Watford. ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Other
responsibilities will include: Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining. Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures., As a Food and Beverage Assistant at Avery Healthcare, your main responsibility will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals at Elton House Care Home in Watford. Your duties will include supporting residents in choosing their meal options, setting dining tables according to standard procedures, keeping the front of house clean and tidy by removing dirty crockery, and replenishing fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options in the bistro areas. You will need to be mindful of residents' dietary requirements and demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene. Compassion and commitment to delivering quality culinary services to residents are essential. Experience in a similar setting, such as a restaurant or hotel, is desirable. Holding a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial, and a DBS Disclosure check is required for this role.
