Food and Beverage Assistant

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests. Benefits

Your Job:
• Provide exeptional service.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and beverage.
• Be able to work a variety of early and late shifts where required.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• General cleaning, set up and close down of the bar and restaurant.
• Serve guests with food and beverage in all outlets.
  
  Previous experience is essential.
• Flexibility in working hours as the role includes mornings/evenings & weekends
• Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Experience in a hotel is preferable.
