Serve food and drinks in our assigned Food and Beverage outlets in a friendly and timely manner.
Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building natural rapport.
Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on the food and drinks that our guests might enjoy.
Raising bills and taking payment.
Clearing and re-setting tables.

Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
A smart and professional appearance.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
Feeling comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Hotel experience in a similar role is a significant advantage.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow is the only hotel with direct access to Terminal 2 and is directly connected to the underground, mainline and Elizabeth Line. The hotel has 369 rooms and some exciting food and beverage outlets, including the Runway Bar, which offers amazing views of the airplanes taking off and landing. It has five conference rooms for up to 65 people and features a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
