Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare hot and cold beverages while maintaining high standards of hygiene and speed.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the FOH area.
Work closely with BOH team member to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow healthy and safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
