Foh Supervisor

We're looking for a confident and hands-on Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team across both our restaurant and coffee bar in busy corporate setting. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and maintaining high standards in service, presentation, and atmosphere. What you'll be doing as a Front of House Supervisor:

• Overseeing daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
• Acting as Duty Manager when needed, taking full responsibility for the venue
• Creating a warm, professional, and welcoming environment for all guests
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality
• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting team members
• Managing staff schedules to ensure effective coverage at all times
• Handling customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Supporting cash handling processes, including till reconciliation
• Managing stock levels, placing orders, and liaising with suppliers
• Supporting stock control, rotation, and minimising waste
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and company policies
  
  Previous experience in a hospitality or front-of-house supervisory role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail
• Confidence in handling operational responsibilities and problem-solving
• Good organisational skills, including scheduling and stock management
• Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work across shifts, including busy peak periods
