FM Multiskilled Operative

reliable, flexible and customer-focused Cleaning & Porter Operative to join our team at Trinity Bridge House. This is a varied role combining cleaning, porter services, meeting room setup and general support duties. You will help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment while providing an excellent service to customers, visitors and colleagues. What you'll do:

• Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard.
• Set up meeting rooms and hospitality areas.
• Assist with furniture, equipment, stores and deliveries.
• Provide porter and mailroom support when required.
• Report maintenance issues, hazards and faulty equipment.
• Follow Health & Safety, COSHH and site procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and excellent customer service.
• Support the wider team with additional duties when required.
  
  Willingness to work both internally and externally.
• Commitment to following Health & Safety procedures.
• Ability to understand the required standard for a task and complete it accordingly.
• Ability to support the team in achieving its goals.
• Willingness to follow quality and site-specific procedures.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in
cleaning, facilities, hospitality, porter services or a similar environment.
• Ability to work confidently on your own initiative.
