Full Job Description
This role involves the management of a variety of teams and tasks to ensure the efficient and effective running of projects and sites.
We are looking for a conscientious and ambitious individual with excellent leadership and time management skills.
Key areas of responsibilities include:
Managing and monitoring projects.
Identifying new business opportunities and pursuing them.
Visiting clients and potential clients on their sites.
Noticing and attending to any special needs and service issues on projects.
Planning, pricing and scaling projects and general tenders.
Ensuring quotations are accurate, well-presented and planned as economically as possible.
Obtaining appropriate samples for projects in co-ordination with the Buying department and working with normal Designer Contracts suppliers wherever possible.
Measuring for flooring and blinds on site.
Must be able to carry out small remedial jobs.
Liaising between multiple teams, including those in the regional office and those on site.
Excellent communication and organisational skills?
The ability to manage your time effectively?
Previous experience within the flooring industry?, Must have previous experience within the flooring industry.
Confidence and a positive can-do attitude.
A full UK driving licence, so site visits can be carried out.
You may be required to drive a transit sized vehicle.
A DBS check is a requirement upon a successful application.
Will be required to gain a current CSCS card
Must be willing to gain a Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) qualification.
