Floor Team Member (Singing Roles Available)

As a Floor Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Floor Team Member's love people! You're sometimes the first to greet them, so we want you to give them a great first impression. We are also looking for some singing team members to join our squad if this is something that is in your wheelhouse! (Not essential for the role but we are always looking for talent) Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
• Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.
  
  The Piano Works are looking for full and part time fun loving, passionate and guest focused Floor Team Member to join our team and family. We are a fantastic live music venue in Cardiff which is part restaurant, part bar, part concert and full-on party.
The Piano Works are non-stop, live music venues where skilled musicians interact with the audience and play their song requests. If you are passionate about hospitality, music, guest service and fun and have ideally a years' experience as a floor team member in a high-volume restaurant, bar, club, live music, experiential, competitive socialising, events and party environments, then we want to hear from you.,
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.

This is a PART TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 2-3 days primarily on weekends with space for more hours if required , and a wage starting at NMW with increases once upskilling is completed., The most insane staff parties...
