Managing all daily activities with the operational and back of house areas of the store, including cash office, H&S policy and procedures, stock flow and loss prevention, product management, scheduling and planning
Lead, coach drive and inspire associates within a designated area
Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
Assist the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience
Influences others through persuasion, ability to delivery relevant information with confidence and build a strong network of relationships.

A passion for NIKE and/or love of sport
Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions
Very good command of English language (written and spoken)
Experience and competency in serving exceptional consumer service
Ability to coach and develop a strong team
Strong focus on communication
Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends
