Position Overview

As the Floor Manager, you will lead by example to ensure exceptional service delivery, both individually and as part of a cohesive team. Your focus will be on maintaining seamless operations while strictly adhering to restaurant policies and procedures. Being at the forefront of guest interactions, you'll develop a deep understanding of their preferences, enabling you to personalize their experience and surpass their expectations.

• Experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment


• Inspire the team to do their best every day at work and show your passion for your field


• Be open to feedback from leadership and create a culture of two-way constructive feedback and communication with the team
