Floor Manager

Working closely with the management team, you help drive sales, boost customer engagement, and maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing store environment. This role requires confident, hands-on leadership, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate your team to deliver their best.,

• Deliver outstanding JD service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
• Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to JD policies and processes.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.
  
  Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance., Passionate about the JD brand, retail trends, and delivering a standout customer experience.
• Energetic, hands-on leader who thrives in a busy and dynamic environment.
• Confident problem solver with strong customer-resolution skills.
• Interest or experience in visual merchandising, product presentation, or brand standards.
