- Support senior management with leading the front-of-house team, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift.
- Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service, also handling guests' complaints and queries.
- Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
