Summary
A Full-time (37hrs) Floating Support Worker in a Floating Support Service, Caerphilly.
The Caerphilly Homelessness Support service goes a long way in helping to tackle homelessness by giving opportunities to street homeless people who feel like there is no other option for them. This is a dynamic role where you will be out and about most of the time delivering the essential support needed to help people who have been placed in temporary, supported accommodation. This is also a highly rewarding role where you can make a positive difference to someone's life by finding them somewhere to live as well as supporting them to engage with external services and agencies that can provide them with the much-needed support they require.
