Marshall Nissan Oxford is looking for a motivated and commercially focused Local Business Development Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities and developing long-term partnerships with local businesses. You'll represent the Nissan brand, helping business customers find vehicle and finance solutions that meet their needs.
What You'll Be Doing
+ Developing relationships with local businesses and fleet customers
+ Generating new business opportunities and building your sales pipeline
+ Promoting Nissan vehicles and finance solutions
+ Managing the full sales process from enquiry through to delivery
+ Building long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
+ Achieving agreed sales and profitability targets

+ Experience in automotive, fleet or commercial sales
+ Strong networking and relationship-building skills
+ A proactive approach to business development
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
+ Target-driven with a passion for delivering results
+ Full UK Driving Licence
