You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, and you are confident making decisions under pressure. You might not tick every box, and that is okay, we value potential and attitude just as much as experience, so please apply.
  • Experience in a customer service, fleet, or call centre environment.
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to think quickly and stay calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Good numeracy skills to assess and manage repair costs.
