Fleet Compliance and Training Manager

Monitoring compliance and legal requirements in the day-to-day delivery of the Transport Fleet.
- Manage Digital Tachograph compliance for drivers and vehicles
- Ensure Drivers are complying with the Road Transport Working Time Directive.
- Ensure there is a Driver CPC Plan in place which will be managed by the Fleet Services Manager.
- Undertake Driver CPC training, as part of the Serco Groups accredited training consortium.
- For those vehicles coming under the Serco Ltd Operators Licences the vehicle fleet is maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines and the Guide to Maintaining Roadworthiness.

What you need to do the role?
- Full Cat B Driving Licence (Desirable).

Level 3 Education & Training Certificate (Desirable, training can be provided).
- An understanding of transport operations including tachographs.
- Strong administration skills.
- Line management experience.
- Must be competent in the use of the Microsoft Office package and possess a high standard of oral communication skills., Disability Confident
