Flagship Store Manager - Opticians

As a Flagship Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and driving team performance in a vibrant retail environment. You will report to the Regional Manager and lead a dedicated team of colleagues, fostering a culture of collaboration and support.,

• Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Manage store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising, to create an inviting shopping experience.
• Drive team engagement and development through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Implement company initiatives and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers and the local community to enhance brand loyalty.
  
  Proven experience in retail management, ideally within a flagship or large store environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and colleagues alike.
• A background in optics is ideal, but not essential.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
It would be great if you also have
• Experience in managing a large team in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Knowledge of the optics industry.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
