Fixed Term Graduate Engineer

Collect, organise and analyse production, quality and engineering data to support business decision-making.

Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and project updates.

Support engineering projects aimed at improving manufacturing processes, product quality, efficiency and cost performance.

Assist with root cause investigations and problem-solving activities using structured engineering methodologies.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within production and engineering departments.

Support the development and maintenance of engineering documentation, process instructions and technical records.

Work with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and ensure actions are completed on time.

Comply with policies and procedures of company, e.g. health and safety, environmental, quality,equal opportunity.

Assist engineers in conducting trials, studies and process evaluations on the manufacturing floor.

Support customer-focused activities where required, ensuring compliance with automotive quality and manufacturing standards.
