Fitting Room Assistant

As a Fitting Room Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. You'll help keep our fitting rooms running smoothly, ensuring customers feel comfortable, supported and confident while shopping with us.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming customers to the fitting rooms and providing friendly, helpful service.

Managing the flow of customers and garments in and out of the fitting rooms.

Ensuring fitting rooms are clean, tidy and well-presented at all times.

Checking, organising and returning unwanted garments to the appropriate departments.

Assisting customers with queries, including locating alternative sizes and styles.

Working closely with the wider store team to maintain high standards across the department.

Following store procedures to help maintain stock security and minimise loss.

A passion for retail and delivering great customer service.

A friendly, approachable, and proactive attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
