Fitness Motivator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Fitness Professional to support the delivery of a high-quality fitness service. Reporting to the Centre Fitness Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the gym operates smoothly while supporting customers to achieve their health and fitness goals.,

• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the gym
• Supervising gym users to maintain a safe environment
• Delivering 1-2-1 gym appointments and leading gym floor classes
• Creating tailored training plans, including fitness assessments and lifestyle advice
• Completing cleaning and maintenance schedules, reporting faults promptly
• Providing a professional, friendly, and high-quality customer experience at all times
You will contribute to improving health outcomes and reducing inequalities across the borough by promoting active lifestyles., You will be part of a vibrant and supportive team within Southwark Leisure which manages a wide range of vital services including leisure, parks, culture, and community spaces. Our Leisure Service is looking for passionate and dedicated Fitness Professionals to join our amazing team and help make a difference today., We are looking for a motivated, positive, and proactive individual who is passionate about fitness and customer service.,
• A minimum Level 2 Fitness Qualification and a CIMSPA/REPs Level 3 qualification
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment
• A proven ability to deliver excellent customer care
• Experience in designing and delivering fitness programmes for clients/members
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
• A genuine passion for health, wellbeing, and supporting diverse communities
