Full Job Description
We're looking for a passionate, energetic Fitness Manager to lead our fitness team and help create an outstanding experience for our members.
What you'll be doing:
Lead, motivate and develop our Personal Trainers and fitness team
Grow Personal Training performance and revenue
Manage and develop our Group Exercise programme
Build strong relationships with members
Support membership growth, retention and club targets
Organise fitness challenges, events and community activities
Maintain high standards across the gym floor, studios and equipment
We're looking for someone who:
Is passionate about fitness and people
Is confident leading and developing a team
Has strong communication and coaching skills
Can create an energetic and welcoming gym environment
Wants to help members and fitness professionals achieve their goals
