Full Job Description

Based at The Old Factory gym on our Chelmsford Campus, your priority will be contributing towards the successful operation of the gym by delivering an outstanding member experience as we put the focus for the facility in a more public facing, commercial direction. You'll play an important role in attracting new members, supporting member onboarding and promoting long-term retention by providing excellent customer service, fitness guidance and proactive member engagement

With a minimum of GCSEs at A-C grade or equivalent or vocational qualifications at NVQ Level 2 and a Level 2 Gym Instructor Qualification, you'll have demonstrable experience of working in a gym environment and the ability to confidently promote gym services and memberships to new and existing customers. The ability to write training programmes, plan engaging fitness classes and to sell products and memberships are all essential whilst a Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification and Group Exercise qualifications are desirable qualifications.
