Prepare and deliver high-quality food across all restaurant areas within the Catering department
Develop menus and recipes aligned to player nutrition, recovery, and wellbeing
Manage stock control, ingredient costing, and adhere to catering budgets
Maintain exceptional food hygiene standards and compliance with health & safety and club policies
To act in a manner that supports the Club's Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment

Essential
Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Professional Cookery.
Basic food hygiene certificate.
Full driving licence
Minimum of 3 years catering experience
Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
Level 3 NVQ in Professional Cookery
