You will be supporting young people to re-engage with learning and build real confidence in a positive, welcoming environment. You'll use creativity and flexibility to spark motivation, tailoring activities that help every learner feel included and ready to progress.
With strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others thrive, you'll inspire students on our First Steps programmes to achieve their goals. You'll deliver engaging, progression-focused sessions, including English or Maths, to broaden skills and open up exciting next steps into further study, apprenticeships or employment.

About You
- Experience working in your specialist industry.
- Experience in FE or a similar learning environment.
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in a related subject.
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE, DTTLS or Cert Ed, or willingness to work towards one.
- GCSE grade C/Level 2 in English and Maths, or willingness to complete.
- Willing to complete Equality, Diversity and Safeguarding training.
