First Line Manager - FTC

Including absence management, disciplinary and grievance processesA proven track record in manufacturing performance
Delivering against production KPIs and SLAsKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Experience of IWS and/or Six Sigma is desirableLeadership experience at supervisory or management level
Confident leading teams and making decisions in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility and strong communication skills

We're looking for a First Line Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you're ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you - this could be your next big move.About the roleAs a First Line Manager (FLM), reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Line Structure Teams and embedding the Intersnack Working System (IWS) ways of working across our 24/7 operation.You'll provide strong leadership day and night, ensuring standards are maintained, colleagues are supported and performance is delivered against clearly defined outputs. You'll take ownership out of hours, leading by example to keep our people safe, our products compliant and our site running smoothly.What's in it for you?
