First Line Manager

If you're a proactive leader with a passion for logistics, we want you on our team! WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Management of stock accuracy across the site with a small team of warehouse colleagues. Meeting deadlines and targets as set within the daily/weekly/monthly Inventory Routine.
• Ensure that all daily duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to on a day to day basis and to ensure a high level of service is received by each customer.
• Organise and lead the focus on improved productivity levels and ensure targets are met. Daily communication with both customers on site regarding stock discrepancies and rework activities.
• Facilitate effective communication - Effective handovers, escalations where appropriate, liaise with all departments across all shifts.
• Complete full investigations as needs dictate in line with HR policy - Ensuring process adherence, ensuring HR policies are communicated to the team.
  
  Previous Team Leader Experience is essential
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
