Full Job Description

As an apprentice for this role, you will be providing a good customer service via the Desktop support (remember you are the voice of our company, and the first interaction point with our clients).

Course: Information communications technician (level 3)

Route: Digital

Apprenticeship Level: Advanced



Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch break.

Expected Duration: 1 Year 6 Months
