Legacy, the three-rosette fine dining restaurant at The Grand, York, is looking for a passionate Commis Chef to join our talented kitchen brigade. Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner service, alongside occasional exclusive lunch events, Legacy is driven by seasonality, precision, and creativity. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a high-end kitchen, working alongside an experienced team dedicated to excellence. You will support senior chefs in delivering exceptional dishes while learning advanced techniques, premium ingredients, and refined plating styles.
