Legacy, the three-rosette fine dining restaurant at The Grand, York, is looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen brigade. Open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner service, alongside occasional exclusive lunch events, Legacy is driven by seasonality, precision, and creativity. This is an exciting opportunity for a chef ready to take ownership of their section and refine their craft in a high-end kitchen environment. You will work closely with senior chefs to deliver exceptional dishes, maintain the highest standards, and contribute to the development of innovative menus. If you have strong technical ability, attention to detail, and the ambition to grow within fine dining, we'd love to hear from you.
