Finastra Tester - Core Banking

We are looking for an experienced Finastra Tester to support a banking client on an initial 3-4 month contract.,

• Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing across core banking applications.
• Test functionality within Finastra Essence and/or Equation.
• Create and execute test cases, test scripts and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Identify, document and manage defects through to resolution.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers and banking SMEs.
• Support UAT and wider testing activities as required.
• Ensure testing meets agreed quality standards and project timelines.
  
  The successful candidate will have strong testing experience within a core banking environment, ideally with hands-on exposure to Finastra Essence and/or Finastra Equation., Strong experience as a Tester/QA Analyst within banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Finastra Essence and/or Finastra Equation is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of core banking systems and processes.
• Experience across functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Strong defect management and test documentation experience.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
