Full Job Description
- Create, train and facilitate developmental workshops to assist in the development of Advisers and Practice Principles
- Be a point of contact for delegates/firms requiring development support in their formative months
- Assist in identifying opportunities & support those firms who wish to grow their adviser numbers and/or wish to expand into new areas of the proposition
- Assist in identifying opportunities for external new entrants to be placed within existing firms - either as trainees, or as fully qualified and licensed individuals
- Work closely with Quality colleagues to ensure a consistent approach
To own the Academy programme end-to-end and deliver training and support on a 1-1 basis and group settings to ensure that Academy delegates have the required skills and knowledge to become competent, effective professionals with ability to translate correctly to clients., Level 4 Diploma qualification or similar (or at least working towards the qualification) - Strong experience in Financial Services with a good understanding of advice
- Proven experience delivering training sessions to groups
- Great communication skills with a passionate and enthusiastic approach
- Flexibility to be able to travel to sites, stay overnight etc as required

- Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 10%
