you to succeed What you might bring Experience working closely with actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting, contributing to oversight, review and challenge of key business decisions Skills in general insurance pricing, reserving and underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them into clear risk insight, and a willingness to learn and ask questions A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to provide constructive challenge while working closely with Line 1 teams An organised, thoughtful way of working A commitment to delivering great outcomes for customers and colleagues Not sure you tick every box?
