We are seeking an experienced and motivated Financial Assessment and Charging Team Manager to lead our Adult Social Care Financial Assessment and Charging Team. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of financial assessments for adult social care services, while ensuring compliance with legislation, statutory guidance and council policies.
You will be enthusiastic and ambitious to deliver results, with a broad understanding of charging and ideally a strong management background.
You will lead the team to deliver income maximisation and provide expert advice on complex financial matters. This role requires you to work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including service users, partner organisations, legal services and senior managers, to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services.
