Full Job Description
Introduction
Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers, preparing client review letters, business illustrations, reports and meeting packs. Managing CRM updates, liaising with clients and providers, gathering account information, supporting day-to-day operations while maintaining strong knowledge of client-facing systems.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Office Manager and Admin Manager on day to day tasks
• Write client review letters
• Prepare new business illustrations
• Update company CRM system
• Communicate with new and existing clients
• Assist the Financial Advisers with their day-to-day tasks
• Develop a good understanding of client-facing systems
• Prepare reports for financial advisers
• Speak with providers to obtain information on client’s accounts
• Prepare packs for client meetings
