Full Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial accounting services whilst leading the development and maintenance of business plans that support long-term organisational sustainability. You'll provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting and modelling to inform strategic decisions and help us plan for future challenges and opportunities. You'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including:

  • Leading financial planning and business plan development for the Housing Revenue Account and Cornovii Developments Ltd.
  • Producing management accounts, forecasts and financial reports.
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through financial modelling and analysis.
  • Managing VAT, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Leading on year-end accounts and supporting audit activities.
  • Supporting budget setting, rent setting and business plan refresh processes.
  • Monitoring financial performance and cash flow.
  • Line managing the Financial Accounts Assistant and contributing to the wider development of the finance function.
