Full Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial accounting services whilst leading the development and maintenance of business plans that support long-term organisational sustainability. You'll provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting and modelling to inform strategic decisions and help us plan for future challenges and opportunities. You'll be involved in a broad range of responsibilities including:
- Leading financial planning and business plan development for the Housing Revenue Account and Cornovii Developments Ltd.
- Producing management accounts, forecasts and financial reports.
- Supporting strategic decision-making through financial modelling and analysis.
- Managing VAT, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
- Leading on year-end accounts and supporting audit activities.
- Supporting budget setting, rent setting and business plan refresh processes.
- Monitoring financial performance and cash flow.
- Line managing the Financial Accounts Assistant and contributing to the wider development of the finance function.
