You will also have responsibility of SAP Concur and other financial systems.Add, amend, and troubleshoot configuration across the finance systems, escalating complex issues to third-party or 2nd line supportProvide 1st line operational support to finance system users in collaboration with the technical helpdeskSupport change management activities, ensuring system changes, releases and process updates are properly assessed, communicated and
documentedAct as a key point of contact for the incident team in collaboration with the technical support desk in the event of unplanned outages and P1/P2 issuesHelp implement and maintain finance processes within the finance systemsSupport the release process, including regression testing, under guidance from senior colleagues and in collaboration with technology and supplier partnersContribute to improvement initiatives by gathering feedback, planning enhancements, and supporting implementation in collaboration with internal and external partnersRepresent the finance systems team in internal meetings and communications, and act as a point of contact for D365 F&O queriesRequired ExperienceFinance/Accountancy qualification preferred but not essential.
