Full Job Description
Korn Ferry is looking for an experienced Finance Programme PMO Consultant to support a major global health insurance client on a large-scale finance transformation programme. Role details: Rate: Competitive, Outside IR35 Location: Hybrid (occasional travel to London or Staines) Start: ASAP This is an opportunity to join Korn Ferry's consulting team, supporting the delivery of a global finance transformation programme implementing new investment management capabilities. You'll work closely with Programme Directors and Workstream Leads to drive governance, planning and coordination across a complex, multi-workstream initiative. Essential experience:
- 5-10 years' experience in a PMO role supporting large-scale technology change programmes
- Experience supporting global transformation programmes across multiple regions
- Strong programme governance, planning, reporting, RAID management and workstream coordination
- Experience working within Financial Services, Investments or Treasury environments
- Experience supporting senior Programme Directors and Workstream Leads on complex programmes
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex delivery environments Desirable experience:
- Treasury transformation project experience
- Experience supporting investment management or finance transformation programmes
- Exposure to investment management platforms such as Clearwater and/or Aladdin
