entry into systemsConsistent delivery to Service Level Agreements and compliance to agreed processesPromotes sharing knowledge and best practise to their colleagues and peerOwn incoming queries through to resolution including root cause analysis and liaising with relevant stakeholders to identify solutionEnsure issues are escalated in a timely manner and improvement opportunities communicated to the relevant stakeholder(s)Sales & ProfitRight first time inputs to avoid rework and costEnsure promotions funding is loaded correctly into the systems and raise invoices aligned to critical path timelinesAbout youKnowledgeCommercial & financial understanding - to understand the impact of the information they are providing or given; and therefore can challenge or escalate as appropriateAwareness of legal & regulatory requirements relating to Trading (GSCOP)Knowledge of data flows and integration into all downstream systems, such as Storeline, Episys, Morrisons Ordering and Online - ensuring
all data keyed is not detrimental to storesUnderstanding of Oracle Retail Merchandising Systems, Retail Price Management Systems, Range Reset App, My Product Portal and Mainframe to ensure consistency and best practiceUnderstanding of the Promotional Planning Tool & the Supplier PortalSkillsAttention to detail leading to accurate data deliverySelf motivation and persistenceManage their own time effectivelyThe ability to support an environment where everyone feels valued and listened toThe ability to drive personal development and share learnings with othersPlanning and organising to enable efficient & effective support to the team(s)ExperienceProven ability to deliver to deadlines demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the planAbout usOur modern Head Office on the edge of Bradford is home to our different support teams from tech, marketing and finance to HR, trading and supply chain.Alive with activity, this is where decisions are made and our corporate teams
